The double edged blade is approximately 3 3/4", and handle is 3 1/4", so the approximate overall length is 7". There are some surface scuffs on the pre-ban Elephant Ivory. So it does look like it has been worn some. Neither belt shows any wear, so these might not be the original belt. No way to say for sure. The natural dyed belt is stamped 38, the black belt is not stamped, but is approximately 1" less, so right at 37". Neither belt looks like it has been worn, and we have no idea who did the fine leather carving.
